“The Case of Will & Schumacher” is a limited-edition, large-format (folio), 28-page (8 of which are in CMYK) publication produced in offset, which richly illustrates and reproduces the typographic research and essay on the 19th century wood type manufacturer “Will & Schumacher”. I conceived, designed and printed the publication last summer – in 2021. The printed article on the type specimen book by “Will and Schumacher” is also a type specimen for the typeface: Library. Due to its large format, the publication comes up rolled up in a cardboard box.
